Garden-to-fork

This post is about never giving up. One year ago this space was nothing more than an oddly-shaped rectangle of invasive plants and weeds. This week we fed over 100 5th-graders lettuce harvested from the garden.   I have been so thrilled to be a part of this project, to help Amalie’s vision come to life.
